Experiencing heightened latency or bandwidth issues

Unfortunately most part of east coast have problems with connectivity due fiber cut.

Our upstream operators are working to repair break on DCA-ATL longhaul fiber, with no ETA, customers may be experiencing heightened latency or bandwidth issues.
